We write down how your business actually runs. What counts as a good lead. What happens when a quote goes out. Who gets told. What happens if nobody replies in three days. Once it's written down in plain English, a person can follow it — and so can software. That's the whole trick.

Do I need to understand any of this?

No. You need to be able to say what's slow and what keeps getting forgotten.

I already have a CRM. Is this a replacement?

Usually not. The Rails clean up what's in it and the Conductor runs on top of it. We replace software when it's genuinely holding you back — and we'll say so.

How long does it take?

It depends on the state of your information, so we won't guess. You get a date after the survey, not before.

What if my data is a complete mess?

That's the normal case. It's the reason the Rails exist. Nobody has ever shown us something we found shocking.

Is my information safe?

It stays in your accounts, on your systems. We don't hold it, and you can revoke our access the day we finish.

What if it doesn't work?

Every stage is approved by you before the next one starts, and the migration has a way back.

Can I start small?

Yes, and most people should. Plenty of clients buy the Rails and stop there for a year.

Do I have to buy all three eventually?

No. Each one is a finished job. If the piece above isn't worth it for your business, we'll tell you.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take everything. Documented structure, your accounts, your code. That's the test we hold ourselves to.

Are you going to sell me AI I don't need?

Probably the opposite. Most of what we do is unglamorous data work, because that's what makes the clever part function.
